HERE'S WHAT YOU SAID, 31
Antoinette Davis - God Bless you! I knew nothing of your organization prior to receiving an email about it, but I'll know more now. Thank you so much and I'll do what I can to help you. God is helping me get through this somewhat. Thank you again and bless your hearts for starting this organization. Let me know if I can help you.
Marlene Kemp - Thanks for the work you do. I've been so touched reading about the various cases. Many prayers to the families that have been impacted by the Child Abuse Epidemic. Thank you again for all that you do.
Earline Whitfield (
Prof. Vanessa Watkins - We strap children into car seats, we walk children across busy streets and we ask our teenagers questions about where they are going and who they will be with, all to keep them safe. Adults should also be responsible for protecting children from Child Abuse. Why don’t adults do a better job?
Dr. Alan Peterson - Child abuse statistics show that adults do not adequately protect children from Child Abuse. There are a lot of reasons why, but the main reason is that THEY DON’T KNOW HOW!!! Research suggests that adults are unaware of effective steps they can take to protect their children from Child Abuse. Most do not know how to recognize signs of Child Abuse and many do not know what to do when Child Abuse is discovered. I thank God for you and this "teaching" site, C.J.! Keep up the good work!
Irvin Thompson, Social Worker - The future prosperity of any community depends on its ability to foster the health and well-being of the next generation. When a community invests wisely in children, the next generation will pay that back through a lifetime of productivity and social responsibility.
Denise Whitman - All children deserve an equal opportunity to experience healthy growth and development. When child abuse and neglect interferes with that opportunity, we put our future at risk. We need more websites like this.
L. Bean, Social Worker (Rhode Island) - Child welfare professionals are working at full capacity to protect our nation’s children. But, it is clear that the problem is too great and too important to be delegated entirely to these valiant workers. We need the help of the community. You are doing a wonderful thing here, C.J. – Please keep doing everything that you are!
Mrs. Marlene Jefferson (Springfield, Virginia) - Only with increased visibility and informed understanding will child abuse gain the resources necessary to enable prevention. This site is very resourceful for those needing them. Kudos, Ms. Brooks!
Catherine Richardson - You have done a wonderful job on your website. It is so good to see someone want to help prevent child abuse in every way. I do believe that if we all come together to help stop abuse on our children, we can possibly make a difference in the eyes of the innocent children!
B. Thompson - This is a nice site to help people understand what's happening in our world.
Gene Powers - Good site and great cause, Miss Brooks.
Anonymous - Dear One Voice / One Sound, Inc: It's because of you that people are inspired to share and talk about abuse. I stand with you in hopes that all children know that it is never their fault, and that they should never be harmed. Child Abuse is a crime that goes under reported. My prayer is that as a community, we will do more to protect the rights of ALL children. Thank you One Voice / Once Sound! (Edited)
JEFF BUSBY, BARBER - DISTINGUISHED CUTS, INC.
Jeff "J" Busby / Mitchellville, Maryland - In prison, they do not tolerate people who have hurt a child. If you messed with a child in any way, and the inmates find out that you did this, they would "tear you up."
Evelyn Bramlette - Miss Brooks, I just wanted to say it's wonderful to see a site like yours. Your cause is admirable and it's something I care a great deal about - there's just not enough support and awareness regarding child abuse.
Devara Johnston - Great Site and nice background.
Cornelius Green, Sr. - Great website. Glad someone is trying to stop child abuse.
Helen Bayles - Great site! I will advertise it on my links page.
Tasha Miller & Family - I hate child abuse. This is a great site, C.J.!
