Chili's - Chicago, Illinois

The mother of a four-year-old girl claims that a South Side Chicago Chili's served her daughter an alcoholic drink by accident, at least the third such incident in recent weeks.  Tyree Davis took her daughter Brooklynn Morris to the Chili's on the 1700 block of West 119th Street, where she ordered the girl a chocolate milkshakeInstead, Davis says, her daughter received a mudslide - an alcoholic drink containing vodka, Kahlua and Bailey's Irish Cream.

Applebees - Detroit, Michigan:

A Michigan toddler - Dominic Dill-Reese was mistakenly served alcohol at an Applebee’s restaurant. His mother, Taylor Dill-Reese noticed the 15 month old  strangely after drinking what she thought was apple juice.   When he fell asleep she checked the baby’s sippy cup and realized it contained a margarita. Dill-Reese took her son to an emergency room where his BAC tested at .10. After he slept it off he was fine. Mom told a local TV station that no one ordered any alcoholic drinks at the table so she can’t understand how the mix-up occurred.  The restaurant offered an apology but the manager had no explanation.  The boy's blood alcohol level was determined to be .10 - over the legal limit for adults.

Applebees:  Oakland, California

Authorities are investigating how a margarita was inadvertently served to a toddler early this week at a local Applebee's restaurant, causing the boy to become sick.   Police say a 2-year-old Antioch boy drank an unspecified amount of the tequila-based drink -- instead of the ordered apple juice -- after it was served to him in a covered, plastic sippy cup at the Applebee's on Hillcrest Avenue.
